What is the standard delivery time for orders?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Are your glass products heat resistant?
Most of our Consol glassware is designed for everyday home use. However, only specific borosilicate items are oven-safe. Please check the product description for individual heat-rating specifications.
Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial clients?
Yes, we provide competitive pricing for bulk orders and commercial accounts. Please contact our Cornubia branch directly via our contact form for a personalized quote.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I collect my order directly from the Cornubia store?
Absolutely. Select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from our Cornubia location at no extra charge once you receive your 'Ready for Collection' email.
